For three decades, Access Wellbeing Services has been proud to support the mental health and wellbeing of thousands of people across hundreds of organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. To every client, partner and colleague who trusted us along the way, thank you.

The services that continue

Only the Access Wellbeing Services name and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are closing. Two of our services carry on, delivered by the same trusted team, now through Centrecare.

Continuing with Centrecare

Our team of Professional Supervisors and Trainers remains unchanged and will continue to deliver these services through Centrecare. It’s the same trusted people, in a new home.

What is closing: the EAP

As of 30 June 2026, Access Wellbeing Services has permanently ceased operating as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. If your organisation has engaged a new EAP provider, please contact them directly for assistance. If you are unsure who your organisation’s EAP provider is, please contact your Human Resources department for further information.
