When recruiting, Access Wellbeing Services only employ skilled applicants who fulfil the following selection criteria:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications, i.e. an approved tertiary qualification relevant to counselling (e.g. psychology, social work and/or related social sciences).
Eligibility for membership of a relevant professional association.
Demonstrated competencies appropriate to counselling plus a practical assessment of their counselling ability and a thorough examination of their references.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in counselling.
An ability and willingness to work within the philosophy of Access Wellbeing Services and have the capacity to undertake work in relation to occupational, organisational and industrial settings.
Hold a current National Police Certificate and where required Working With Children Card.
